| Requirement | |
| • | Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering / Science |
| • | Minimum 2 year working experience in the related field is required for this position |
| • | Able to work independently and work with tight schedule |
| Responsibility | |
| • | Handles improvement projects on machine optimisation, system upgrading and modification as well as new installation projects |
| • | Involve in engineering and maintenance matters relating to improvement of production efficiency |
| • | Support production in terms of identifying, troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment |
| • | To perform house-keeping on equipment and work area (5s) |
| • | To lead, supervise and train a group of technicians |
| • | To supervise and monitor external contractors and vendors |
| • | To undertake effective OSH measures to ensure compliance within the workplace, with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and other legislative requirements |
