It is capable of carrying tests on flat crush resistance, friction of coefficients as well as tensile properties.

This multi-function equipment is capable to perform various tests, in particularly on stretch film. The tests include Film Ultimate Test where it is to determine the highest stretch percentage achievable from a film, the Film Quality Test on determining the consistency of the quality of the film at different length, as well as the Film Retention Test where the residual film tension after the film has been stretched and applied to the load is identified.

On top of these, the Highlight Tester Machine is also capable to perform Film Puncture Test in which the maximum force required to puncture a film is determined.

This measuring system is equipped with a capacitive sensor, which is capable of obtaining a most accurate measurement of the film thicknesses. With 180 measuring values, this profiler is used for measuring thicknesses around a bubble circumference of blown film section or a lateral thickness profile for cast film.

A cross section is cut from a film reel in the form of a strip and fed into the profiler where it measurement is carried under full computerized automation.
